This website is run by T-DRONE PTY LTD (ABN 63 701 868 742), trading as Skyhawk Aerial. You can contact us about privacy at info@skyhawkaerial.com.au.
What we collect
Through this website, we only collect what you choose to send us. If you use the enquiry form on our contact page, it sends:
- your name and email address
- your phone number and company, if you add them
- the service and budget range you select, if any
- the project details you type in
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
How the form works
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, which passes your enquiry to us by email at info@skyhawkaerial.com.au. FormSubmit says it keeps form submissions for 30 days. It handles that data under its own privacy policy.
How we use your details
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote, and we keep them for our business records.
Cookies and analytics
Our pages don't contain analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and our own code doesn't set cookies. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from cdnjs, so your browser connects to those services when a page loads, and they receive the technical details any web request carries, such as your IP address. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard server logs and, if it needs to check for automated traffic, may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
Storage and security
Enquiries are kept in our business email account. We keep enquiries only as long as we need to respond and for our business records. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold.
Overseas services
The services we use to run this website and our email are provided by overseas companies, so your details may be stored or processed outside Australia. Our website host, Cloudflare, says it primarily stores information in the United States and the European Economic Area.
Drone imagery
Our photos, video, maps and thermal imagery are taken for the client who books the job. Sometimes they include people, vehicles or neighbouring property by chance. We plan flights to avoid recording people's private activities and follow the surveillance and privacy laws that apply where we fly. We give job imagery to the client who ordered it. If you think you appear in our imagery, email info@skyhawkaerial.com.au.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@skyhawkaerial.com.au. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
