Services

For each service: what you get at the end, what it can save you, and how it can make the job easier.

Every job is flown by a CASA-licensed remote pilot (RePL).

Crop scouting, paddocks & vines

Visual and thermal imagery of your crops, vines, orchards and paddocks, with possible problem areas flagged: dry rows, irrigation leaks, emergence gaps and missing plants, plus stock, fences and troughs that need a look. We fly a set path, so you can compare one flight with the next.

What it can save you

  • Walking or driving every row and paddock to find the problem
  • Leaks and dry patches running on unnoticed
  • A trip to the wrong corner of the property

Why it's easier

  • See the whole property at once, then go straight to the spots that need you
  • Records to compare week to week or season to season
  • Imagery to show your agronomist

What you get

  • Visual and thermal imagery of crops, vines, orchards and paddocks
  • Possible issues flagged: water stress, irrigation leaks, emergence gaps, dry rows, missing plants and canopy gaps
  • Stock and paddock checks: animals, fence lines, troughs, dams, sheds and broken gear
  • Wildlife and pest pressure visible from the air
  • Weed patches spotted from above, so you know where to check on the ground
  • Maps and 3D models (a digital copy of the land you can turn and view from any angle) that show how water runs across your land, to help you plan dams and drainage
  • Flights you can repeat each week

Crop health mapping

We fly your paddocks and turn multispectral imagery (images that record light beyond what the eye can see, including near-infrared) into crop health maps, including NDVI and NDRE maps (vegetation indices from near-infrared light that show plant vigour; NDRE uses red-edge light and suits denser or later-season crops), that show how your crop varies from one part of the paddock to the next. You see where to look before you head out.

What it can save you

  • Walking every paddock to find the areas that need attention
  • Time spent in the parts of the paddock that are doing well

Why it's easier

  • See variation across the whole paddock at once
  • Target where you spend your time on the ground
  • Maps to share with your agronomist

What you get

  • Crop health maps from multispectral imagery
  • NDVI and NDRE maps of your paddocks
  • Maps you can compare flight to flight through the season
Stock & animals

Locating stock & animals

Thermal imaging picks up the body heat of stock and animals, so we can help you locate them in paddocks and bush, even where they're hard to see.

What it can save you

  • Walking or driving every paddock to track down missing stock
  • Hours pushing through scrub and bush to search on foot

Why it's easier

  • A wide view of the property from above, in one flight
  • You can head straight to where the animals are

What you get

  • Thermal and visual images showing where stock and animals are

Construction & property

Construction

Construction monitoring

Dated progress photos, walk-through video and whole-site overviews for builders, project managers and owners. We fly the same path every visit, so each record lines up with the last and everyone can see where the job is at.

What it can save you

  • Getting everyone out to site just to see where things are at
  • Back-and-forth over what was done and when
  • Measuring by hand for quick on-site checks

Why it's easier

  • A dated record for progress claims and stakeholder updates
  • The whole site on screen for safety briefings
  • Line one week up against the next

What you get

  • Dated progress photos and walk-through video
  • Whole-site overview maps
  • Spot measurements on site
  • The same flight path each visit, so the records line up
Mapping

Visual site mapping

An orthomosaic is one detailed aerial image of the whole site, stitched together from many overlapping photos. With 2D maps and 3D progress models (a digital copy of the site you can turn and view from any angle), you see the whole site at once, lay it over your plans and share it with anyone who needs it.

What it can save you

  • Piecing the site together from ground photos and site walks
  • Going back out to check the layout of something you've already mapped

Why it's easier

  • The whole site in one image, ready to lay over design plans
  • Easy to share with your builder or designer
  • The same flight path each time, for week-to-week comparison

What you get

  • Full-site orthomosaic (one accurate, joined-up map made from many overhead photos)
  • Centimetre-level positioning with RTK.
  • 3D progress models
  • Geotagged imagery, so the same view can be found again
  • Repeat maps from the same flight path
Close-up

Close-up inspection

Detailed close-up photos of roofs, sheds, towers and powerline or asset areas that are hard to reach. We can pick up small details, like screws or cracks, from a safe distance, so nobody has to climb.

What it can save you

  • Roof, shed and tower climbs just to take a look
  • Hiring a lift or scaffold before you know what's wrong

Why it's easier

  • Small details seen from the ground, from a safe distance
  • Clear photos to plan repairs from and share with your trades

What you get

  • Detailed close-up photos of the areas you need to see

Client type

Energy & infrastructure

Infrastructure

Infrastructure & utility inspection

Close-up photos and video of towers, lines, roofs and industrial assets, visual and thermal, with measured distances and spot heights (the height of a single point). Nobody has to go up on the asset, and it can often stay in service while we fly.

What it can save you

  • Ladders, harnesses and roof access just to take a look
  • Taking the asset out of service just to take a look
  • An extra trip, when your crew can see the damage first and bring the right gear

Why it's easier

  • Corrosion, cracked insulators, missing hardware and roof membrane damage shown up close
  • Images to plan repairs from, and to compare at the next inspection
  • Your crew can do the inspection from the ground

What you get

  • High-resolution close-up photos and video
  • Thermal images where the job needs them
  • Point distances and spot heights on the asset
Thermal

Thermal inspections

Thermal images (pictures that show heat instead of visible light) of solar arrays, switchgear and transformers, roofs, and motors and bearings, so you can see what's running hotter than it should.

What it can save you

  • Getting up on the roof or a ladder just to find where the problem is
  • Checking every panel, board and motor by hand just to find where to start
  • A hot joint or wet patch getting worse before anyone notices

Why it's easier

  • Dated images to compare at the next check

What you get

  • Roof and solar inspection images, visual and thermal
  • Thermal images, not just guesses

Client type

Public safety & emergency support

Public safety

Public safety support

Thermal imaging, voice-down (broadcasting a voice from the drone to people on the ground) and AI assist for people, vehicles and vessels. Flown in support of the agency in charge, for scene overview and search support.

  • Heat signatures picked up by thermal imaging
  • Voice-down available for the job
  • AI assist that flags possible people, vehicles and vessels for the pilot to check
  • Scene overview video for incident controllers

What you get

Aerial search support for the agency in charge. Thermal detection and voice-down, with overview video for the incident controller.

Emergency

Emergency / fire support

Spotting residual heat and giving fire and incident controllers a scene overview. Thermal imaging and voice-down give the controller the ground picture they need.

  • Thermal scan for residual heat after a fire
  • Wide visual of access, assets and spread
  • Standoff inspection of damaged plant

What you get

Heat detection and scene overview for fire and incident controllers, using thermal imaging and voice-down, on request.

How we work

We start with what you need to find out, then bring thermal, zoom, mapping, crop scouting and voice-down as the job needs them.
